VIP suites accommodate two adults only

Families with children under six will be allocated ground floor rooms

No children from 10th January to 15th March of any year. Children 12 and under stay free room only over Easter week end in  2016

Please note that Treasure Beach Hotel & Spa will be closed from

30th May to the 25th July & 29th August to 1st November inclusive 2015 for maintenance.

During closure we will be carrying out tiling through out the commons areas, painting, plumbing work.

We reopen on the 26th of July until the 28th of August 2015

 

Rates:* All rates are quoted in US$ Dollars inclusive of service charge & VAT per Suite, per night for single or double occupancy. Suites hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (12 years & under); Hemingway Family Suite can hold 2 adults and 2 children 12 & under; Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites : 2 adults maximum only. Rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast. 

Rates / Taxes / Gratuities are subject to change without notice.

Meal plan: *MAP supplement– US$60.00 per person per day inclusive of service charge & VAT. MAP supplement for children up to 12 years of age is $45.50 per day inclusive of service charge & VAT.  GM's cocktail party complimentary each week.

Deposit / Minimum Stays / Cancellations: A 50% deposit on all booking over 3 nights or full payment for 3 nights and under is required at time of any booking with the exception of Christmas. (Refer to Christmas cancellation policy below) TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED

* Christmas 2015 / 2016: 7 night minimum stay between 20th December 2015 – 10th January 2016. A supplement for all guests of $255.00 USD per adult and $127.50USD per child 12 years & under for New Year’s Eve Dinner is compulsory. VAT & service charge not included.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. A second non-refundable deposit of 25% is due no later than 01st July 2015 otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited. The remaining 50% deposit must reach the hotel no later than 16th November 2015, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.

Winter: 100% of the total reservation cost will be required if bookings are „no-shows? or cancelled within 28 days of the arrival date. Early checkout will incur 100% cost of the reservation.

Summer: 100% cost of the total reservation cost will be required if bookings are „no-shows? or cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date. Early checkout will incur 100% cost of the reservation. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

Children: * All children 12 and under are welcome all year round with the exception of the following dates each year 10th January  to 15th March.

From 16th March to 30th August of each year children 12 years and under sharing with parents will be complimentary EP [room only]. From mid October to 19th December children 12 & under will be charged US$105.00 each, per day.* Children under 6 years will be accommodated in ground floor suites only.
