Booking information

Our rates are quoted on a BP basis (bed and breakfast) per suite, per night, in US Dollars ($) inclusive of prevailing VAT rates, and a discretionary 10% service charge.VAT rates at June 2011: 8.75% on accommodation and 17.5% on food and beverage.

General terms and conditions

• Up to three adults or two adults and two children under 12 years may stay in our Garden, Pool and Ocean View Suites. A maximum of two adults may stay in our VIP Suites; Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites. Hemingway Suite is now our new family suite, two adults and two children.

10 January 2012 to 18 December 2012 terms and conditions

• For all bookings between 10 January and 18 December 2012 a three-night deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of your booking will be taken 14 days prior to your arrival.
• Your three night deposit can only be returned if any cancellations or changes to your reservation are made between the 15th day to the 28th day prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 14 nights prior to your arrival date or thereafter, full payment of reservation will be forfeited.*Travel Insurance is recommended. 

Christmas 2012 and New Year 2013 terms and conditions

• Between 19 December 2012 and 10 January 2013 there is a minimum stay of seven nights. These rates include breakfast and dinner throughout your stay. A $255.00 USD per adult supplement for New Years Eve dinner. The supplement  charge for children on New Years Eve is $127.50 USD.
• A non-refundable 25% deposit is taken at the time of the booking. A non-refundable deposit of 25% must be paid by 1 July 2011. A further deposit of 25% must be paid by 1 October 2011. The final payment must be made by 16 November 2011. Non-payment of any of these three payments will result in cancellation of your reservation and any deposits will be retained. 

Children

• Children of any age may stay at Treasure Beach Hotel during the periods 18 December – 9 January and 1 April to 31 October. In other periods only children over the age of 12 may stay.
• Children over 12 years of age sharing their parent’s suite are charged the ‘3rd person rate’.
• Children under 6 years can only be accommodated in ground floor suites.
• The rate for a child under 12 years of age sharing their parents’ suite during permitted periods is $100.00 (US dollars) per night. 

Cancellations: From the 10th January to the 18th December 2012 should you or any member of your party need to cancel your reservation, the person who made the booking must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing. As we incur costs from your cancellation and the reservation is cancelled 14 nights prior to arrival date and thereafter, full payment of reservation will be forfeited.
