Booking Information

Hotel Rates
Rates:

* All rates are quoted on a BP basis [bed and breakfast], in US$ Dollars inclusive of the 10% service charge in lieu of tipping and the Government Value Added Tax.  VAT is charged at the rateof 7.5% on accommodation and 15% on Food and Beverage. Rates are per Suite, per night for single or double occupancy.
* Garden, Pool and ocean view Suites hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years; The Hemingway, Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites accommodate 2 adults  only .

All Inclusive Option
Meal plan:

* MAP supplement - US$ 72.00 per person per day inclusive 10% service charge and 15% VAT.
* If MAP is booked it must be taken for duration of stay or minimum 7 nights.
* All meals plans parents have booked are at 50% for children under 12 years of age.

Deposit / Minimum Stays / Cancellations

* Three (3) nights deposit is required at time of any booking.
* Winter: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are `no-shows or cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival or early check-outs.
* Christmas: 7 nights minimum stay between 22 December, 2010 - 07Jan 2011. A non-refundable deposit 25% is required at time of booking. This must reach the hotel by 01 July 2010 to guarantee the reservation.
* A second non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final booking is asked no later than 01 October 2010, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited. Remaining deposit of 50% must reach the hotel no later than 16 November 2010, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.
* Summer: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are `no-shows` or cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival or early check-outs.

Children:

* The nightly rate for a child under 12 years of age sharing the parent`s suite during the Christmas period is US$100.00. Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent`s suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season. Children under 6 years will only be accommodated in ground floor suites only.
* All children are welcome during the holiday period of Christmas /New Year - 15 Dec 10 to 7 Jan 11, and 01st April - 27 October 2011.
* All children over 12 years of age are welcome throughout the year.
