Hotel Rates

Rates:

• All rates are quoted in US$ Dollars inclusive of 10% service charge and 7.5% VAT on an EP basis - no meals included, except during Christmas / New Year and Winter when breakfast is included {BP}. Rates are per Suite, per night for single or double occupancy.
• Suites hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years; Hemingway, Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites 2 adults maximum only (?).

All Inclusive Option

Meal plan:

• MAP supplement - US$ 100.00 per person per day inclusive 10% service charge and 15% VAT.
• If MAP is booked it must be taken for duration of stay or minimum 7 nights.
• MAP is compulsory between 22 December 2007 and 05 January 2008 at a supplement of US$65.00 p.p. /day
• BP supplement - US$35.00 per person per day inclusive of 10% service charge & 15% VAT.
• All meals plans parents have booked are at 50% for children under 12 years of age.

Deposit / Minimum Stays / Cancellations

• Three (3) nights deposit is required at time of any booking.
• Winter: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are `no-shows or cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival or early check-outs.
• Christmas: 7 nights minimum stay between 22 December, 2007 - 05 Jan 2008. A non-refundable deposit 25% is required at time of booking. This must reach the hotel by 01 July 2007 to guarantee the reservation.
• A second non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final booking is asked no later than 01 October 2007, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited. Remaining deposit of 50% must reach the hotel no later than 16 November 2007, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.
• Summer: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are `no-shows` or cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival or early check-outs.

Children:

• The nightly rate for a child under 12 years of age sharing the parent`s suite during the Christmas period is US$90.00. Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent`s suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season. Children under 6 years will only be accommodated in ground floor suites only.
• All children are welcome during the holiday period of Christmas /New Year - 15 Dec 07 to 5 Jan 08, and 01st April - 27 October 2008.
• All children over 12 years of age are welcome throughout the year.
