A Word From our Chef

G’day from our Australian chef Daniel Arratoon .

Although we beat the West Indies at Cricket my new family at Treasure Beach welcomed me with open arms and after only 8 months I am fully integrated into the Bajan way of life.

Having previously worked in America, the UK and Australia I believed that everything would be just as impersonal and large. I am pleasantly surprised to say that Al Fresco is like nothing I have ever experienced. I am able to work with a great team and the fresh produce available to me is amazing in its variety and quality and infusing my International background with Caribbean styles has had amazing results.

We try to prepare simple food that tastes great and will appeal to even the most discerning guest.

I look forward to serving the best cuisine possible every night of the week.
