Hello and welcome to Kathy’s Restaurant at the beautiful Treasure Beach Hotel.

Here we serve fresh, vibrant Caribbean cuisine with influences from around the world.
From our dinner menu, which changes on a nightly basis, you are sure to find delectable choices that will delight even the most discerning palates.

Having worked previously in restaurants in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, as well as having toured continental Europe, I can honestly say that here in the Caribbean we have a unique bounty of fish and tropical fruit and vegetables whose freshness is absolutely unparalleled.

My personal philosophy on cooking, is to take the absolute freshest ingredients available and treat them simply with flavour and textures that enhance and present them in such a way that it does not detract from the items themselves.

We change the dinner menu on a nightly basis, so you will never see the same dish twice during your vacation.
