Barbados Hotel - Staff Overview

Celeste Worrell-Clarke joined Treasure Beach when Mr. & Mrs. Charles Ward first opened the hotel in 1977. Having then recently completed her education Celeste worked at the front of house as a Receptionist/Accounts clerk. From the start her eagerness to learn and drive to succeed was recognized by Mrs. Ward, and she was soon promoted to the position of head of the Front Office. For over a decade Celeste successfully managed the Front Desk and is the back bone of all reception procedures. In 2003 Celeste became the accountant where her fastidious work ethic and thirst for learning continue to make her an asset to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Today she is still very much involved in every aspect of the Treasure Beach, not just accounting and numbers; she has developed a keen eye for detail and demands perfection from all her co-workers. She is a key member of the Treasure Beach family, as our many repeat guests will attest to. When asked what makes her job enjoyable she simply says. 'The people. I enjoy meeting guests and working with people to make sure everyone enjoys their 'Luxury Caribbean Holiday'.
