Hello and welcome to the rate card for Treasure Beach Hotel 2009/ 2010. Below you will find a number of sections all aimed at our individual suites and the relevant costs per suite.

Rates:
*	All rates are quoted in US$ Dollars inclusive of 10% service charge and 7.5% VAT on a Bed and Breakfast basis – Rates are per Suite, per night for single or double occupancy.
*	Suites hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years; Hemingway, Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites accommadate 2 adults maximum (*).

Mealplan:
*	MAP supplement – US$72.00 per person per day inclusive 10% service charge and 15% VAT.
*	If MAP is booked it must be taken for duration of stay or minimum 7 nights.

*	All meals plans parents have booked are at 50% for children under 12 years of age.

Deposit /Minimum Stays / Cancellations:
*	Three (3) nights deposit is required at time of any booking.
*	Winter: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are ‘no-shows’ or cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival or early check-outs.
*	Christmas: 7 nights minimum stay between 21 December, 2009– 03 Jan 2010. A non-refundable deposit 25% is required at time of booking. A second non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final booking is asked no later than 01 July 2009 to guarantee the reservation. Remaining deposit of 50% must reach the hotel no later than 16 November 2009 otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.
*	Summer: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are ‘no-shows’ or cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival or early check-outs.

Children:
*	Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent’s suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season. All children under 12 are welcome during the holiday period of Christmas /New Year – December 21, 09 to January 03, 10 inclusive at which time a rate of US$100.00 each, per day, will be applied. In 2010 children under 12 will not be allowed from 04 January to 31 March inclusive. From 01 April to 24th October, children under 12 sharing with their parents will be complimentary EP [room only] – Max of two per room. From 25th October to 21st December inclusive children under 12 will be charged US$100.00 each, per day.
*	All children over 12 years of age are welcome throughout the year.
*	Children under 6 years will be accommodated in ground floor suites only.
