| * | All rates are quoted in US$ Dollars inclusive of 10% service charge and 7.5% VAT on a Bed and Breakfast basis during the winter and an EP basis – no meals included, during the summer. Rates are per Suite, per night for single or double occupancy. |
| * | Suites hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years; Hemingway, Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites 2 adults maximum only (*). |
| Mealplan: | |
| * | MAP supplement – US$100.00 per person per day inclusive 10% service charge and 15% VAT. |
| * | If MAP is booked it must be taken for duration of stay or minimum 7 nights. |
| * | MAP is compulsory between 22 December 2007 and 05 January 2008 at a supplement of US$65.00 p.p. /day, this supplement is also applicable for January 6 – March 31, 2008. |
| * | BP supplement – US$35.00 per person per day inclusive of 10% service charge & 15% VAT. |
| * | All meals plans parents have booked are at 50% for children under 12 years of age. |
| Deposit / Minimum Stays / Cancellations: | |
| * | Three (3) nights deposit is required at time of any booking. |
| * | Winter: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are ‘no-shows’ or cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival or early check-outs. |
| * | Christmas: 7 nights minimum stay between 22 December, 2007 – 05 Jan 2008. A non-refundable deposit 25% is required at time of booking. This must reach the hotel by 01 July 2007 to guarantee the reservation. A second non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final booking is asked no later than 01 October 2007, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited. Remaining deposit of 50% must reach the hotel no later than 16 November 2007, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited. |
| * | Summer: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are ‘no-shows’ or cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival or early check-outs. |
| Children: | |
| * | The nightly rate for a child under 12 years of age sharing the parent’s suite during the Christmas period and 16 – 31 March 08 is US$90.00. Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent’s suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season. Children under 6 years will only be accommodated in ground floor suites only. |
| * | All children are welcome during the holiday period of Christmas /New Year – 15 Dec 07 to 5 Jan 08, and 16 March - 27 October 2008. |
| * | All children over 12 years of age are welcome throughout the year. |

Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent’s suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season. All children under 12 are welcome during the holiday period of Christmas /New Year – December 21, 08 to January 03, 09 inclusive at which time a rate of US$90.00 each, per day, will be applied. In 2009 children under 12 will not be allowed from 04 January to 05 April inclusive. From 06 April to 30 April inclusive, children under 12 sharing with their parents will be charged US$90.00 each, per day. From 01 May to 24th October children under 12 sharing with parents will be complimentary EP [room only] – Max of two per room. From 25th October to 21st December inclusive children under 12 will be charged US$90.00 each, per day. |
