Rates:
- All rates are quoted in US$ Dollars inclusive of 10% service charge and 7.5% VAT on a Bed and Breakfast basis during the winter and an EP basis – no meals included, during the summer. Rates are per Suite, per night for single or double occupancy.
- Suites hold up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years; Hemingway, Hibiscus and Hummingbird Suites 2 adults maximum only (¡).
Meal plan:
- MAP supplement – US$ 72.00 per person per day inclusive 10% service charge and 15% VAT. All meals plans parents have booked are at 50% for children under 12 years of age.
Deposit / Minimum Stays / Cancellations:
- A Three (3) night deposit is required at time of any booking.
- Winter: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are ‘no-shows’ or cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival or early check-outs. Winter falls during the dates December 22, 2010 – April 15, 2011
- Christmas: 7 night minimum stay between 18 December, 2010 – 07 Jan 2011. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. A second non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final booking is asked no later than 01 July 2010, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited. Remaining deposit of 50% must reach the hotel no later than 16 November 2010, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.
- Summer: The full deposit of 3 nights will be forfeited if bookings are ‘no-shows’ or cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival or early check-outs.
- Travel Insurance is recommended.
Children:
- All children 12 years and over are welcome throughout the year. Children over 12 years of age sharing the parent’s suite will be charged the 3rd person rate pertaining to the relevant season.
- All children under 12 are welcome during the holiday period of Christmas /New Year – December 22, 2010 to January 07, 2011 inclusive at which time a rate of US$100.00 each, per day, will be applied.
- During 2011 children under 12 will not be allowed from 8 January to 31 March inclusive. From 01 April to 24th October 2011 children under 12 sharing with parents will be complimentary EP [room only] – Max of two per room. From 25th October to 17th December 2011 inclusive children under 12 will be charged US$100.00 each, per day.
- Children under 6 years will be accommodated in ground floor suites only.
