By run of the house, we mean that we will accept all bookings at a rate of US$ 200.00 per night double occupancy including breakfast and taxes and service charge but will not confirm the room category until arrival at the hotel.
The advantage is that in some cases you may be upgraded to superior room categories without the additional charge which will amount to fantastic value, but at the time of booking we will only confirm a room but not the category.

Nightly rate is US$200.00 per night single/double occupancy inclusive of taxes, service charge and breakfast.

Valid on stays of 4 nights or more
Rooms will be assigned on a run of the house basis and room categories can only be confirmed at check in. Hotel will not guarantee room categories in advance on this rate. Customer wishing to guarantee room categories will pay the regular published rates on the desired room category.
Additional person in room will be US$78.00 per night
Children stay free on EP only (No Meals)
